You can expect to view your private proofing gallery within 14–21 business days of your session. Once you select your final images, your high-resolution files and any physical products will be delivered shortly thereafter.

For the most polished, professional result, we highly recommend working with one of our curated professional hair and makeup artists who specialize in studio and editorial styling. They understand the specific requirements for lighting and camera quality to ensure you look your absolute best. We can coordinate this for you—simply let us know during our initial consultation, and we will handle the booking.

We understand that life is unpredictable. Because we dedicate a significant amount of time and resources to curating your personalized experience, we kindly ask for at least 7 days' notice for any rescheduling. Your session retainer secures your date and our exclusive availability; therefore, retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date within 90 days, subject to availability.

Your session is designed to be an intimate, empowering experience. While we want you to feel as comfortable as possible, we recommend limiting the number of guests on set to ensure you remain the focus of the artistic process. If you have a specific reason or someone you’d like present to help you feel more confident, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the space comfortably accommodates everyone.
